Blog:
As we continue to serve those that attend Daybreak Community Church, we have added a blog to better reach out and inform. http://blog.daybreakcommunitychurch.org
Williow Creek Association:
DayBreak is proud to be a part of the Willow Creek Association. It was founded by Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. The Willow Creek Association is not a denomination, but a training and resource sharing organization dedicated to helping churches "Reach Seekers" (people who are seeking meaning and purpose in their lives) and to "Build Believers" (people who have claimed Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior). Their website is
www.willowcreek.com.
Celebrate Recovery:
DayBreak is commited to helping people find purpose and direction. One outstanding resource is a book written by Pastor Rick Warren entitled "The Purpose Driven Life." Rick Warren is pastor of Saddleback Community Church in California. Another outstanding resource from Saddleback is a program called "Celebrate Recovery." It is a 12 step program designed to help anyone with "hurts, habits, or hang-ups" to find a better and more fulfilling life. The website that we recommend is http://www.celebraterecovery.com.au/
